We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Quality Assurance / Food Safety Coordinator to join our team at our Seven Hills site.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Identify and report on potential and actual food safety and quality risks that may arise during daily production

Perform GMP, production line audits, and other Quality audits

Conduct HACCP reviews, internal audits, and monitoring activities

Review production records and documentation to ensure positive release of finished products

Report any non-conformances of raw materials, packaging, and finished product

Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide technical support to production teams

Reviewing CofA’s and releasing raw materials

Managing retention samples

Assist in cleaning and sanitation activities

About you:

Experience working in the Food Manufacturing industry

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certificates (desired)

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills within team dynamics

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

HACCP + internal/external audit experience (desired)

Flexibility to work on the afternoon shift and cover day shift team members as required

Eligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand
