Position: Field Service Coordination Manager - LATAM Location: Buenos Aires, ARG Key Responsibilities: + The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned region(s) or team(s), which includes anticipating and understanding customer needs, as well as appreciating and understanding the role of NCR in the global marketplace + Adapts global processes to meet local requirements + Analyzes support operations to identify process improvement opportunities based on key metrics, account reviews, and customer feedback + Develops and maintains an extensive network of relationships with customers, peers, and colleagues in order to identify opportunities, gather marketing information, answer questions, and seek input to problems with a view to sustaining a competitive advantage + Maintains a heightened sense of urgency in reactive support situations and demonstrates proactive responses in managing all problems, escalations, and customer notifications until issues are resolved + Operationally responsible for ensuring that the organization is properly staffed and delivering services according to agreed-upon SLA's + Manage the organization in accordance with the established financial requirements + Responsible for performance measurements and performance tracking of Service Planners + Supports the LATAM region + Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with his/her qualifications Candidates profile and qualifications: + Fluency in English is mandatory + A degree in Business or a related field is required + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + Experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable (ability to interpret and analyze reports generated from these tools) + Demonstrated organizational skills, including previous experience in team leadership or management + Preferable experience in a similar industry, such as call centers or logistics coordination Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
