Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Determine customer safety requirements and verify compliance throughout the project. + Maintain accurate and professional daily reports and time sheets. Manage all aspects of a field project with limited supervision + Develop and nurture a close relationship with plant personnel to ensure Sulzer is first choice for service. + Prepare detailed parts lists before, during, and after an outage and coordinate with the home office, the ordering of parts. + Develop schedules for planned outages such as CI, HGP and Major. Respond to unplanned outages + Develop and maintain tools and procedures implemented within the Field Service Division **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + High school diploma or equivalent. Valid State Issued Drivers License + Extensive work experience on rotating equipment from various equipment manufacturers + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability learn technical and design aspects for Rotating Equipment service and repairs + Broad knowledge of GE frame gas turbines models 7EA and 7FA in addition to GE Legacy gas turbines.
