What you can look forward to as Front Sales Representative (m/f/d):
•    Drive Independent Aftermarket sales growth within the country, aligning    with our brand and sales strategy, market share, and profitability target
•    Take charge of the business plan for the country, making a real impact
•    Tailor sales and marketing approaches to meet the needs of local customers, ensuring profitable business and market share growth
•    Negotiate agreements with customers and provide daily operational sales support
•    Set and achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets for your customer base
•    Define and pursue individual KPIs to meet sales and profitability goals and exceed customer expectations
•    Act as a local key account manager for selected customers, supporting the Central Key Account Manager and Sub-zone Head with large customers.

Your profile as Front Sales Representative (m/f/d):
•    3-5 years of sales experience in the IAM market
•    Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
•    Proficient in English at a business level
•    Preferred: Product expertise in relevant products (shocks, clutches, braking)
•    Proven ability to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets
•    Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and negotiation skills
