This role ensures that all operational tools are available, in optimal condition, and accurately calibrated. **Complementary Description** - Ensure that all measurement tools and equipment required by operations are available, in good condition, and correctly calibrated. - Manage the calibration process of measurement instruments with external calibration laboratories to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Avoid the risk of using incorrectly calibrated tools, which can lead to quality issues. - Maintain and update the spare parts inventory, including analysis, inventory updates, and requisitions for measurement equipment. - Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve measurement-related issues. - Perform duties in strict compliance with client and authority requirements, as well as the Quality Assurance System. **Job Requirements** Technical Skills: - In-depth understanding of calibration techniques and standards. - Proficiency in maintenance management systems. - Knowledge in Measurement System Analysis (MSA). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems.
