Hilton Slussen is looking for Extra Front Office Team Members (Day & Night) to ensure our guests have a smooth and memorable stay around the clock.
As a team member, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals, departures and maintaining a seamless front office experience during your shift. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members.

Guest Service Excellence: Deliver friendly, prompt service during check-in, check-out and guest inquiries, whether during the day or overnight.Luggage Handling: Assist guests with luggage during arrivals and departures.Lobby Ambassador: Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized and welcoming at all times.Safety and Security: Follow all hotel security, fire and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.Customer Support: Handle guest queries efficiently and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.Collaboration: Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams to ensure smooth operations.Administrative Tasks: Support guest registration, room assignments, payments and other front desk duties.Upselling: Promote hotel services and amenities to maximize guest satisfaction and occupancy
Qualifications – What are we looking for:
Excellent Communication Skills: You enjoy interacting with guests and communicate professionally. You are able to communicate verbally in Swedish and English.Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.Team Player: Willing to collaborate and support other departments.Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable and passionate about hospitality.Flexibility: Comfortable working day or night shifts and adapting to changing situations.Basic Hotel Knowledge: Familiarity with guest service protocols and Hilton brand standards is a plus. Knowledge of OPERA hotel system is a plus (training provided)Integrity: We work in line with our Hilton values at all times. Commitment to Hilton standards and company policies is a must.
