Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Lead and inspire the front office team, fostering a positive and professional work environmentSupervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiriesEnsure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all timesManage and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectivelyCoordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectationsOversee the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks and reportsTrain and mentor new front office staff membersImplement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operationsMonitor and optimize front desk performance metricsAssist in managing inventory and supplies for the front office areaEnsure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws

QualificationsPrevious supervisory experience in a front office or similar customer service roleExtensive experience working in a hotel or resort environmentExceptional customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitudeStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency in hotel management software and reservation systemsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachProfessional appearance and demeanorFlexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as requiredFamiliarity with UAE hospitality standards and cultural normsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not required)
