Check out this video for more information on our great company! Location Description The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon. The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat. Overview As a Front Office Supervisor at Flamingo Resort & Spa, you will be a key leader in the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, ensuring exceptional service delivery in accordance with Hilton brand standards. You will guide and support front desk associates to create memorable guest experiences and ensure smooth and efficient operations during all shifts. Essential Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and support Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors to ensure exceptional service and compliance with Hilton brand standards. Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and recovery. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing, and guest inquiries. Maintain awareness of hotel occupancy, group activity, and VIP arrivals. Provide ongoing training and feedback to associates to enhance performance and guest service delivery. Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Manage shift reports, audits, and daily cash handling with accuracy and compliance. Monitor Hilton Honors program enrollments and encourage team participation in meeting brand targets. Uphold Hilton and Flamingo Resort’s policies, safety standards, and code of conduct. Qualifications 1+ years of Front Desk or Guest Services experience in a hotel setting; supervisory experience preferred. Hilton experience (OnQ or similar PMS) strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree or certification a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
