Job Description
We are currently looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Front Office Supervisor acts as a liaison between the guest and the hotel and assists with any guest enquiries such as reservations, special requests, as well as room preferences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.Recognising the needs of guests and responding to them promptly.Changing room assignments in consultation with the Front Office leader on shift.Take an active role in daily handovers – contributing and communicating relevant issues.Ensuring that Rosewood Munich standards, policies and procedures are followed at all times.check in and registration of all guestsProviding a rooming and orientation tour of the hotel according to all Rosewood, Forbes and LQA standards.Maintaining and updating guest profiles and informing all hotel departments of guest allergies, intolerances or preferences.Assisting and working closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, In-Room Dining and Guest Services with their duties as required.Documenting all complaints, problems or guest requests.Accepting wake-up call requests, recording and passing on information to relevant colleagues.Qualifications & Skills:Prior experience in a similar role or within luxury hospitality is preferred.Fluency in German and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.Ability to anticipate and understand guest needs to deliver exceptional service.Possesses knowledge of the Front Office systems, such as Opera. Well organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.
