Direct Recruiter – Front Office We are seeking an experienced Direct Recruiter to join our on-site recruitment team as part of a high-performing RPO solution for a leading client in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong track record in front office hiring—such as sales, trading, or investment banking—and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
As a Direct Recruiter, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering high-quality hires across key front office business areas. Working in close partnership with hiring managers and other stakeholders, you will proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and provide market insights to support strategic hiring decisions.

What You'll Do
To work with the Recruitment Partner in providing an end-to-end recruitment service to identified business areas To join the recruitment partner on calls with line managers to understand their hiring needs and provide a more efficient search Recruitment process management utilizing ATS such as Workday and Avature Proactively source candidates via multi-media advertising, referrals, internal and external networking, database, candidate portal to effectively contribute to the target for direct recruitment Build and maintain RW candidate database by building up talent pools using the CRM Continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talent Screen CVs in line with the line manager & business requirements and arrange interviews as appropriate Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback Providing market data and reporting on market trends as and when requested Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets Ensure compliance with all client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies etc.)What are we looking for in the right candidate?
