**Key Responsibilities**
+ Warmly welcome guest and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
+ Manage bookings, process payments and provide accurate guest information.
+ Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
+ Perform night audit duties and ensure all systems and records are accurately updated.
+ Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
+ uphold security and safety protocols particularly during night shifts.
**Qualifications:**
**Requirements**
+ Previous experience in a hotel front office
+ Willingness to work both day and night shifts
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera
+ Ability to work independently, especially during the night shift,
+ Professional appearance and a positive attitude
