Front Office Receptionist/Host

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Greet and welcome guest in a professional and friendly manner.Manage incoming calls, redirect them as need, take messages and provide basic information to callers.Checking guests in and out of the hotel.Maintaining guest accounts and processing guest transactions during their stayDealing with any and all special needs or requests from guests during their stay.Handle reservations, inquiries and guest concerns promptly.Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks.Join our dynamic and growing team at the Hyatt Regency Cape Town. Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist within the hospitality industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.proficiency in OPERAFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidaysProficiency in Microsoft OfficeQualifications
