Initial leadership experience at the Front Office, preferably in international hospitality
Proficiency with PMS ONQ is highly desirable
Strong communication and organizational skills
Distinct guest-oriented mindset with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our front office team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area. You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and guarantee a seamless check-in and check-out experience, efficient reservation handling, and excellent guest service. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Standards, GCH guidelines, and all legal regulations. With your hands-on approach and strong leadership skills, you will set an example for outstanding guest service and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
