We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flawless, anticipatory service and the ability to connect with guests through genuine warmth. Qualified candidates should demonstrate:
Extensive experience across Concierge, Front Desk, and Guest Services operations
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
A passion for exceptional service
Outstanding interpersonal skills

Proven success in leading and motivating a team of managers
Who We Look For:
As the department head of the Front Office, you have a deep understanding of luxury hospitality. Creating a seamless, anticipatory guest experience comes naturally to you, and you inspire those around you to deliver the same excellence. Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Assistant Director of Rooms and is a Department Head level role.
What you will do:
Oversee all Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, and Guest Experience, ensuring smooth communication and operational flow
Hire, develop, and retain a motivated, engaged team with a strong sense of belonging
Conduct performance evaluations, provide real-time coaching, and take disciplinary action when necessary
Manage departmental scheduling and participate in regular labor meetings to review efficiency and staffing needs
Provide daily operational direction to maintain service excellence for guests and employees
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, accommodating special requests and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities
Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing; review daily arrivals for proper handling of VIPs, return guests, and groups
Ensure adherence to all financial and credit procedures, reviewing transactions and approvals for accuracy
Act decisively in guest or employee safety, security, and wellbeing matters, especially when senior managers are unavailable
Lead strategic hotel projects as assigned
Utilize various computer systems for check-in/out, reporting, and room assignments
What you bring:
College degree in Hospitality Business Management or equivalent experience preferred
Four years of related leadership experience, ideally within Four Seasons
Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages preferred

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Front Office Manager to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
