**About the Role**
Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional guest service and team development? Hilton Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to oversee our Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator departments\. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial success in Hilton Australasia's flagship hotel\.
**What You’ll Be Doing?**
As Front Office Manager, you will:
+ Lead and inspire a high\-performing team across Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator
+ Champion a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, professional, and memorable
+ Drive revenue through strategic upselling and sales\-focused service delivery
+ Ensure seamless daily operations and uphold Hilton’s world\-class service standards
+ Promote and manage Hilton Honors loyalty program and digital guest experiences
+ Foster team development through coaching, training, and performance management
+ Collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
**What We’re Looking For?**
+ Proven leadership experience in Front Office or Reception, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
+ Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
+ A hands\-on, passionate leader who thrives in a fast\-paced, guest\-focused environment
+ Immaculate grooming and a professional presence
+ Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
+ Valid NSW RSA Competency Card and Driver’s License
+ Tertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality Management preferred
