Front Office Manager

VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center is seeking an experienced veterinary client service professional to join our leadership team as Front Office Manager. This position oversees the dedicated customer service teams, our PA/Financial Coordinators and our Doctors Assistants. The role of the Front Office Manager is vital to the daily operation of our hospitals, and will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

Interview, hire, and train customer service associatesManage associate schedules and fulfill emergent staffing needsPerformance reviews for our customer service teamsEducation and development of customer service associatesEmployee relations and communicationsPayroll calculations, goal calculations, time clock maintenanceOrganize and conduct customer service meetingsCommunicate effectively and routinely with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director to discuss, evaluate, and plan for the welfare of the practiceCheck transactions for accuracy and missed services through regular auditsServe as an escalation point for client questions and concernsServe as a contributing member on our hospitals leadership team

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, as well as, managing staff.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with a standard schedule of 8 hours per day.

Compensation: The base salary for this position is $ 80,000- $88,000 per year.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
