As a Front Office Customer Service Representative you will provide front line customer service. You will be answering incoming calls to the business and are the first point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities:

Front Office Customer Service Representative duties include:Providing excellent customer service to includes: Greeting any walk-in visitors; answering telephones; collecting customer information over the phone and dispatch service techs for service calls based on current location.Prepare customer invoices using QuickBooks.Type up quotesRegister online warranteesProcess credit card payments

Education: High School

Front Office Customer Service Representative required high school diploma or GED

Experience: 12 months

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills including Outlook Knowledge of Quick books is a plus
