Job Description

About the Role
Avani+ Fares Maldives is looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The role is central to delivering smooth guest arrivals and departures, with a strong emphasis on coordinating seaplane transfers and supporting the overall Front Office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all seaplane transfer arrangements for guest arrivals and departures, including accurate coordination with airline partners and timely communication with guests.Prepare and update daily arrival and departure manifests.Work closely with the Reservations, Front Office, and Airport Representatives to ensure flawless guest experiences.Assist in check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries.Support the Front Office team with daily administration, scheduling, and inter-departmental communications.Act as a key liaison between guests, the resort, and airline operators for flight schedules and last-minute changes.

QualificationsPrevious experience in Front Office, Reservations, or a guest services role, preferably in a resort environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with seaplane transfer operations in the Maldives will be a strong advantage.Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera/other PMS) and Microsoft Office.Guest-oriented approach with the ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure.
