We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

Coordinate with global Business Team for development Book of Work. Contribute and represent in product control group meetings, preparing the product backlogs for work prioritization.Work with developers, BAs global project managers to determine the size, scope, impact, estimates and risks for projects to be delivered from Pune.Demonstrate accountability with end-to-end ownership of deliverables for global business.Ensure successful system deliveries according to agreed requirements, timescales and budget.Hands-on participation in project lifecycle from reviewing requirements through release and post-launch support. Perform a mix of hands-on design and development and face off to several user groups.Define processes and tools best suited for the project. Should have the ability to work in a Dev Ops Agile fashion.Control - Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy. Maintain - HSBC Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.Be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.
