What will you be doing?

A Front Office All Rounder truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and are responsible for performing the following tasks;

\n\n\n\nWelcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals \nCompleting the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems \nProviding support in concierge, managing guest’s luggage and showing guests to their rooms \nManaging effectively and efficiently guest requests \nMaximizing sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs\n\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nCalm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail \nExcellent personal presentation and communication skills \nAbility to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest \nComputer literate and able to navigate through Company systems \n\n
