Job Description
**What’s the job about:**
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact in a dynamic, international environment? Join our team as a **Front Office Agent** and play a key role in supporting our internal sales operations while ensuring a world-class customer experience across multiple communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Front Office Agent **(French speaking),** you will:
+ Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and other digital platforms.
+ Provide timely and professional responses to commercial and technical queries, resolving them within 20 minutes when possible.
+ Create and manage service requests such as RFIs, RFQs, RFOs, and RFCs, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
+ Prepare accurate and tailored offers and quotations based on customer requirements.
+ Track and follow up on quotations in line with sales guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
+ Maintain and update customer data in SAP CRM.
+ Manage order modifications including lead times, shipping conditions, and cancellations, in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
+ Promote the use of digital tools (e.g., MyGrundfos, Extranet) to enhance customer experience.
+ Ensure compliance with local quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
+ Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by leadership.
**Your background:**
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Engineering, or a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
+ Strong background in customer service and administrative processes.
+ Familiarity with business structures, sales processes, and market needs.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferably SAP).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Fluent in **English and French** (written and spoken).
