Key Responsibilities\nCheck-in/out (private individuals and groups)\nReception and support for hotel guests\nPreparation of invoices\nManagement of own cash register with collection of payments, currency exchange, etc.\nReceipt and processing of guest inquiries\nVarious administrative reception tasks\nUse of the Opera program\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nSuccessfully completed specialist training and, ideally, initial professional experience\nOPERA knowledge\nProfessional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nKeen interest in team-oriented work\nVery good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage\n
