The Front of house - Workplace Concierge acts as the customer facing and client liaison for dynamic working, high profile event management and helpdesk platform in the Paris Office for a Global Technology Client.
The FOH - WC will be responsible but not limited to the following typical activities:

Take pride and ownership of spaceMeet and Greet all customers and visitors creating an exceptional first impression for both JLL and our Client.Main point of contact for building occupants to field questions with a customer centric approachRegularly walk space and engage with occupants including customer liaison and feedback gathering on space, furniture, workplace experienceDaily building walk-throughs in partnership with the site base janitorial and porter teamsTeam Room Management in liaison with Facilities Team and EAsPromotes high level of satisfaction among building users and adjacent occupiers by promptly responding to their service requirements. Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors.Takes ownership of the helpdesk platform, ensuring that KPI’s and SLA’s are metManage the co-ordination of high-profile events, including visitor management, room bookings, co-ordinating with partners and external vendors.Demonstrates leadership, gives direction and monitors incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS and best practice.Develops a close working relationship with Client Key Stakeholders,Communicates in an open, honest, transparent manner at all times with the ability to tailor the message to specific audience and their needsSupports the wider JLL, GWS and partner teams on siteAdds value in terms of delivery and innovation

SKILLS:

Proven ability to build and maintain strong Client relationshipsExcellent written and oral communication French / English skills including negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to network at all levels within the organisationFlexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements is a perquisite for this roleAbility to display initiative, confidence and professionalism in all dealingsMust be prepared work out of normal working hours where applicable
