Role and Interaction with Players: Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm—connect the dots on why they’re visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer, and set the stage for an unforgettable time. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.Key Aspect of the Role: Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space—ensuring Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun-filled experience.

GOLF SERVICES

Role and Interaction with Players: Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest.Key Aspect of the Role: Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience. Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have a great time.

BARTENDER

Role and Interaction with Players: Greet Players with energy and personality—create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love. Go beyond the pour by upselling signature cocktails, shareable bites, and even game upgrades to elevate their visit and keep the good times flowing.Key Aspect of the Role: Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll—from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.

SUPPORT

• Role and Interaction with Players: Deliver food and drinks with speed, accuracy, and a smile—ensuring each Player receives their order exactly as expected. Create a seamless dining experience by staying attentive, communicating clearly with both the kitchen and waitstaff, and jumping in where needed to keep service flowing.

• Key Aspect of the Role: Keep service areas stocked and ready by monitoring and replenishing condiments, utensils, and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized environment while helping to ensure each table receives timely, high-quality service.

These roles requires that you must be of legal age to serve alcohol {where required by law}. You will be required to provide a valid Proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid Passport OR Birth Certificate along with your National Insurance Documentation (both must be present) OR another form of valid right to work documentation'. As applicable you must have a minimum of 6 months’ work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.
