The McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) assembles and tests some of the most advanced Electro-Optical Infrared products in the world. Manufacturing Supervisors supervise between 10 and 20 assembly operators and test technicians and perform a variety of tasks in guiding the team to assemble and test these products to deliver the highest standard of quality equipment into the hands of the warfighter. Supervisors develop and maintain performance metrics for their teams and ensure that their production lines meet the production schedule and cost proposed to their customers. **Responsibilities to Anticipate:** + Use your teaming and individual developmental skills (Coaching for Success) + Create solutions to achieve goals of improved efficiency and lower assembly costs + Implementing continuous improvement methods utilizing lean manufacturing principles and motivate your team’s involvement in these improvements. + Must be able to work occasional overtime during the week or weekends to support customer needs + This position is an onsite, 2nd shift role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
