Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your missionsDefine and communicate the vision and strategy for the UX Reporting Dashboards product.
Prioritize features and tasks based on user needs, business value, and technical complexity.
Create and maintain the product backlog and ensure accurate reflection of priorities.
Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with defined acceptance criteria.
Monitor and report on product performance using UX metrics and adoption KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in UX and product ownership.
Ensure that user feedback and data-driven decisions are integrated into product evolution.
Your profileExperience with product ownership in UX-focused environments.
Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration with development teams.
Experience with UX dashboards and data visualization tools.
Experience with backlog creation and user story definition.
Experience with monitoring user adoption and performance metrics.
Academic background: engineering schools or equivalent.
Fluent English. Japanese is a plus.
You have an ability to prioritize effectively and communicate with clarity.
