**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Front-End Production Specialist to support our digital marketing and content delivery initiatives. This role focuses on the execution and maintenance of front-end content including email development, landing page builds, and basic web updates. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in HTML/CSS, understands email marketing practices, and collaborates closely with design, copy, and project management teams to bring creative concepts to life across platforms. This is an offshore role designed to support global creative operations and will serve as a vital production partner to the onshore creative team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Code and develop HTML marketing emails from design files or templates, ensuring consistent rendering across devices and email clients. + Assist with landing page builds and light front-end web edits using HTML/CSS in alignment with existing brand templates. + Input content into CMS platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager) with accuracy and attention to detail. + Support the deployment and QA of digital marketing assets, ensuring they meet creative and technical standards. + Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality production. + Help perform A/B testing setup and assist with tagging or tracking requirements where needed. + Adhere to brand, UX, and accessibility standards throughout all projects. + Continuously learn and adopt best practices in email development and digital production. **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:** + 3-5years of front-end development or email production experience, preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment. + Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required. + Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., AEM, WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp). + Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and FIGMA for asset handling. + Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality control. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment. + Strong English communication skills and ability to follow technical briefs. **Other Job Requirements:** + Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment Thermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
