Travel to visit customers is required. Requirements; 5-years minimum industry experience with: + Must haves + RTL Design + Logic/physical synthesis (Design Compiler, Genus, Joules) + Logic and low power verification, UPF expertise (Conformal, Formality) + Static timing (STA) and power analysis (Tempus, Primetime, Voltus, PTPX) + Design-For-Test (DFT) (Tessent, Modus, Tetramax) + Physical floorplan creation, shaping, optimization + Design Constraints (Spyglass, Litmus) + Design closure and TAT reduction skills + Coding expertise in TCL, Python + Debug, triage, problem-solving skills + Sense of urgency, curious, self-aware and self-motivated (emotionally intelligent) + Committed to customer success, team player + Proactive communicator, results-centric + Comfortable presenting to large audiences, performing product demos + Flexible working hours to collaborate and coordinate world-wide internal and customer meetings + Expect to travel for customer face-to-face visits twice per quarter + Nice to have + Place-and-route expertise + Machine learning knowledge and expertise + RTL coding experience + US citizenship, green card + Location: Remote in US or Canada is fine: Preferred region: Southwest, Pacific NW, Midwest, Canada We’re doing work that matters.
