\nEmbassy Suites Napa Valley Hotel is a mile from Downtown and within eight miles of a plethora of local wineries. Our all-suite hotel is surrounded by landscaped grounds featuring California redwoods, rose gardens, and resident wildlife. We offer a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening cocktail reception.
\nCurrently in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to Curio Collection by Hilton in early 2026. We are redefining Napa hospitality bringing authentic, distinctive programming on-property. Our 7-acre resort will include refined interiors, a luxurious spa, open-air courtyard, meditation gardens and exceptional culinary experiences.
\nSalary Range is $24 - $26 per hour
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the front office activities between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities that create the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard.\nEnsure your shift team have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events.\nAdvise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.\nMonitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork.\nMaximize sales revenues through up selling and marketing program.\nManage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.\nMaintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service.\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Front Desk Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nFront Office experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector\nStrong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities\nCalm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines\nExcellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nA relevant supervisory/management certificate/diploma or degree\n\n
