About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month CURRICULAR internship opportunity within the Front Desk Department.

What you will do

During the internship at the Front Desk our trainee will learn how to:

Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, provide information, and address inquiries and complaints

Maintain an organized front desk area, manage reservations and prepare reports

Work with housekeeping, room service and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests, and communicate effectively with team members

Gain experience in customer service, improve communication and organizational skills and learn the basics of front desk operations

What you bring

Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences

Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and multitasking approach

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan and available from September 2025.
