Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and administrative duties while maintaining a detail-oriented and welcoming environment. The role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth daily operations and creating positive experiences for visitors. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests and visitors with a detail-oriented approach and ensure a smooth check-in process. • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide concierge-level support as needed. • Serve as a key member of the safety team, contributing to a secure and organized environment. • Manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments. • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and record management. • Use Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support office operations. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive impression for all visitors. • Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and improve customer service. • Ensure all interactions with guests and staff are handled with a detail-oriented approach and interpersonal tact. • Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance or customer service roles. • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and providing concierge-level support. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
