We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment for both our team members and clients. We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to be the initial point of contact and support the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.
Position: Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
+ Perform clerical duties, including document preparation, check processing, and filing.
+ Act as the primary point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a friendly and professional environment for visitors and staff.
+ Manage day-to-day communication, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence via email and other systems.
+ Oversee scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments.
+ Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Top 3 Must-Haves:
+ Administrative Experience: Solid background in administrative or clerical roles is essential.
+ Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy in completing tasks such as check processing and data entry.
+ Software Proficiency: Experience with key office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or other relevant administrative platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
+ Professional demeanor with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
+ Familiarity with basic accounting, check processing, or similar clerical tasks is a plus.

Requirements • Previous experience in receptionist duties or front desk operations.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Familiarity with switchboard operations, including managing multiple phone lines.
