Description We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing exceptional administrative and customer service support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at handling a variety of front desk responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and attentive responses.
• Welcome and assist guests and visitors, maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Provide concierge-style services to support both internal and external needs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is organized and presentable at all times.
• Monitor and address inbound inquiries, directing them to appropriate team members or departments.
• Support management with additional administrative responsibilities as required.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in receptionist duties or front desk coordination.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to provide concierge-level customer service.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office software.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
