Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
+ Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
+ Schedule appointments and manage calendars
+ Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
+ Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning
+ Assist internal teams with clerical support as needed
+ Ensure confidentiality and security of all office and client information
Requirements
+ Minimum of 2 years of administrative or front desk experience
+ Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of accountability
+ Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
+ Proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
