As the Front Desk Coordinator at Universal Technical Institute's Miramar, FL campus, you will serve as the welcoming face and brand ambassador for our vibrant community. Your key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, efficiently managing details, and nurturing strong relationships. This role involves engagement with prospective students, handling phone inquiries, and managing clerical tasks.

Our ideal candidate:

Has a friendly and approachable demeanor who can easily establish a rapport with visitors - including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners.Can handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and professional manner.Able to work collaboratively with team members to address any issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, have all individuals register at the Front Desk, and direct visitors to appropriate staff membersRespond to all incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient routing to the appropriate departmentProvide excellent customer service to external and internal customers. Provide administrative support to a variety of staff such as the Campus Visit & Event Supervisor, Campus Admissions Manager and to other departments such as Corporate Office Admission (as needed). Support a range of campus events including Open House, Orientation, Graduation, and more, to contribute to the vibrant campus community Qualifications

Education / Experience

High School diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in an in-person customer service or guest relations role requiredPrevious experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office softwareExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment
