Front Desk Coordinator
This position works in our Dallas office location and will serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers to Learfield. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, a strong desire to serve others and the ability to execute a wide variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team membersModel an excellent ‘customer service’ attitudeMaintain a tidy and presentable lobby/reception areaManage mail and deliveriesHandle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and servicesMonitor visitor access and maintain security proceduresOrder and manage office supplies inventoryAssist with planning and preparation for office events, meetings and conferencesWork with teams across the organization to support departmental needs and initiativesOther duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum one year of experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar roleDemonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and poised demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a team
