Overview As a Front Desk Associate, you’re one of the first team members guests will meet—and one of the most impactful on their experience. You’ll help set the tone for memorable stays at Big Sky Resort by providing professional, friendly, and responsive service from check-in through departure. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving, and collaboration with departments across the resort to ensure each guest feels truly taken care of.
