Kforce has a client that is seeking a Front Desk Admin in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Undertaking all necessary administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and delivering daily mail, data entry, scanning and filing, and maintaining new and existing client and employee contact information
* Management of office supplies and kitchen related inventory
* Coordination of the firm events (i.e. firm luncheons and annual picnic)
* Direct responsibility of all client mass mailings projects
