Job Details:

Pay is from $17.25 for PR03 to 17.85 for PR04; per hour PLUS an additional 2.00 per hour shift differential.
SCHEDULE IS   approximately 5PM to 2AM.

Hiring for each of these positions below PLUS Backup Labor PR04, which is responsible for fulfilling each of these roles below:

Rehanger PR04

Job Description:  This position is responsible for visually inspecting the birds on the chiller rehang conveyor for missing parts and hanging the birds on the overhead line shackles or throwing the birds out as grade dictates.

The Chiller Rehanger inspects the birds for grade issues after they exit the chiller. Depending on the grade issues the birds are either hung on the overhead shackle or remove the birds with one legs and placing back for parts cut-up.

Reworker PR03

Job Description:  This position is responsible for cutting the one leg birds removed by the Chiller Rehanger into parts.

The Reworker hangs the one leg birds on a hook at their workstation and cuts the birds into front halves, thighs, drums and/or leg quarters. The parts are placed into tubs and/or vats. They assist with giving breaks to the hangers/graders as needed.

Utility PR03

Job Description:  This position is responsible for transporting product within the department and to other areas of the plant.

The Utility person maintains empty vats and tubs in the area, removing the filled vats and tubs and transporting the material to the appropriate areas for processing, obtains ice for the department, ices the product before transport, and labels the product as necessary.
