We are currently seeking a proactive and personable **Senior Fresh Food Tech** to join our team. This unique role blends office operations with hospitality and client engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This will be a Full Time in office role in our Cincinnati Hub. This role reports into our Senior Director. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Office & Administrative Management** + Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization. + Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed. + Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. + Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence. + Maintain a clean and professional office environment, including restrooms and conference rooms. **Client & Visitor Engagement** + Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. + Serve as the primary point of contact for client and customer hospitality. + Support the Acosta Sales Team with sample preparation and presentation for meetings and reviews. + Coordinate with Kroger Category Management and clients regarding sample delivery and meeting logistics. **Hospitality & Food Service** + Prepare and serve food and beverages for meetings and events, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. + Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines. + Operate and maintain kitchen and hospitality equipment. **Meeting & Event Support** + Set up and troubleshoot conference room technology for presentations. + Reset and prepare meeting rooms between sessions. + Assist with media and technical needs for client/customer presentations. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Experience in office management, hospitality, or a related field. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. + Professional appearance and demeanor. + Basic food preparation and handling knowledge. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. + Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards. + Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Hours are Monday Through Friday 8am to 5pm.
