Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Freezer Lead to join their team. As a Freezer Lead, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Freezer Lead 2nd Shift

Location: Shirley, NY

Pay Range: $19.75-$20.25

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00PM-10:00PM

What's the Job?

Perform various general plant tasks, including packaging, feeding product to the line, and ensuring quality control. Ensure labels, packaging, and codes are correct and complete necessary paperwork for the shift supervisor. Adhere to Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Health and Safety policies at all times. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Follow company policies and best practices while completing other reasonable duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

Bilingual Spanish 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food and dairy manufacturing. Ability to speak, read, and write in English with basic comprehension. Good hand and manual dexterity with the ability to stand for long periods. Flexibility to work rotating and/or weekend shifts.
