Freelance Stylist About the Role The Freelance Stylist is responsible for executing seasonal, brand concepts through on-body styling for all studio projects. These include, but are not limited to, e-comm styling, seasonal collection and supplemental shoots and mini campaigns. Key Responsibilities + Partner with the Director of Styling to understand, communicate, and execute the styling vision for seasonal photoshoots and weekly E-comm shoots + Build 80+ detailed looks weekly to be reviewed with the Styling Director and Manager and shot on model for E-comm + Run 3-4 E-comm shoots weekly, in partnership with Studio Stylist + Have excellent attention to detail while on-set, communicating effectively with the Model and Photo team to ensure the best possible images are captured + Work with styling assistants on collection, supplemental, and e-comm shoots to ensure all looks are pulled together per fit photos + Ensure styling reflects current business and fashion trends - Wear Now + Ability to quickly pull styling + concept mood to tell the story of the each look - season + Work with full time Studio Stylist, Senior Photographer and Art Director to maintain a positive and creative environment in the studio + HMU POV + Provide daily PDP recaps of each look - sent to the Styling Director by EOD Qualifications + Able to styling on body and make adjustments to fit properly + Excellent knowledge of trends and awareness of product + High taste level and thorough understanding of styling techniques and current fashion + Understanding of the client's customer + Strong communication and organization skills, must be able prioritize and multi- task + Maintain a positive attitude, be open to feedback and promote excellent set etiquette System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
