Our ambition drives us to influence the world by helping brands become cultural icons. **Overview** _This is a freelance role for an initial booking with the potential to extend and convert to a staff position._ We are looking for a Senior Producer from the Social Content-Production space in Advertising/Digital who is experienced in managing concurrent projects. You will take the lead to produce and deliver high-performing social content, both quick-turn and planned, for a health & retail client. We’re seeking a force of calm, good judgment, and an adaptable person who revels in change. You are hustler, who can run the daily squad including all elements of production, whether it is a one day shoot-and-edit or a larger production, you know how to make it happen. You want to raise the bar creatively and are responsible for ensuring we meet or exceed our high-quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Working closely with crew, venders, content creators, and editors to manage and execute in-studio and on-location shoots + Bid, manage, maintain, and wrap budgets for projects, and work with project management on production timelines + Develop shooting plans and create and send out production books, call sheets and communicate any outstanding details to talent and contributors + Secure necessary insurance, releases, and contracts in advance of the assigned shoot, and handle licensing and other business affairs matters as needed + Take initiative to expand relevant industry/software knowledge and skills and share ideas to improve photography, creative design, and production execution **Qualifications** + 5+ years of producing short-form content for digital or advertising, with strong project management and budgeting experience a plus + Excellent written and verbal communicator with client-facing experience + Knowledge of current events, pop culture, video, web and social content + Ability to pivot and adjust quickly to schedule changes and creative + Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volumes of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines + Knowledge of project management software a plus + Working knowledge of current photo/video equipment and technologies **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
