Job Title: Freelance Graphic Designer
Location: Pittsburgh - Hybrid (on-site presence required based on project needs)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to support a leading creative team in the retail industry. Reporting to the Associate Art Director – Concept, this role will contribute to brand development and maintenance across multiple channels. The designer will work on brand style guides, internal presentations, image libraries, and assist in seasonal concept development. This is an omni-channel role, supporting concept, print, and digital design functions as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesElevate brand projection through consistent, high-quality design execution.
Support seasonal concept development and sign-off processes.
Create and maintain internal/external style guides, brand asset libraries, and content decks.
Collaborate on seasonal marketing recaps, newsletters, and sizzle presentations.
Assist in window room presentation setup and initial prototype development.
Contribute to internal marketing, branding, and logo projects as assigned.
Proof and release routing packets with attention to accuracy and consistency.
Stay up to date with design trends in fashion, retail, and marketing.
Manage project schedules to meet deadlines; proactively address roadblocks.
Support and contribute to a collaborative, creative team environment.
Work in a hybrid model, with in-office presence as required by project timelines.
Perform other design-related tasks and special projects as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
0–3 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a retail or agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Figma preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Self-starter with a keen eye for design and a passion for creative work.
