**Overview**
We're seeking a freelance Account Supervisor with experience in high-volume retail print & photo production. This freelance role is for an initial 45-day booking with the chance to extend and convert to staff. Travel may be required to deliver on client and production needs
The Account Supervisor will work as an integrated account leader to ensure brand and content consistency. The candidate should have a passion for our maker culture and for our Publicis Groupe Power of One delivery model, where multiple agency teams work together seamlessly to deliver to the client.
**Responsibilities**
+ Act as the primary point of contact with clients, agency partners, and internal teams to plan and deliver projects
+ Communicate with the client regularly to set expectations, update deliverables and refine processes
+ Builds strong, trusting client relationships that go beyond social and build hunger for bold, untested ideas
+ Leads initiatives to solve client's business issues
+ Acts as liaison between client and studio to coordinate timely completion of jobs
+ Gathers all pertinent project specs and information from client
+ Formulates and manages the production process within the agreed timeline
+ Leads and manages a team of Program Managers
+ Meets regularly with Program Managers to align how jobs will be produced
+ Works effectively with the team to determine timelines, processes and budgets
+ Identifies and promotes production efficiencies throughout projects
+ Ensures quality of deliverables throughout the production process
+ Develops and maintains an understanding of photography, content creation, and post-production
+ Solicits the input of others and makes everyone feel like a key part of the team
+ Creates a positive team culture, reconciles a variety of perspectives and brings them to collective agreement and action
+ Deals well with conflict, stands up for own viewpoints, actions or decisions, even in the face of strong disagreement, to skillfully overcome objections
+ Is concerned with the Studio's financial performance and profitability, and is alert to opportunities to grow the business
+ Integrate AI-driven tools into creative and production processes to boost efficiency, elevate content quality, and stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and storytelling
**Qualifications**
+ Experience in an Advertising/Marketing Agency Environment
+ Must have an understanding of all vertical channels, Print, Digital, Social, Content Production
+ Strong knowledge of creative and production processes
+ Bachelors’ degree is preferred
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills
+ Strong organization skills and ability to manage a great deal of detailed information
+ Resilience and ability to help team stay motivated through challenging timelines and changes in client direction
+ Strong project planning skills with ability to anticipate project needs several steps ahead
+ Focused on Team Development and Leadership presence
+ Customer-service oriented, attuned to client needs while building and strengthening these relationships
+ Critical thinker, using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to opportunities.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
+ Flexibility willingness to shift gears to meet project deadlines and client deliverables

Compensation Range: $50-75 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
