We’re looking for a Freelance 3D Producer who’s an expert in their craft. Even if you’re not a “3D producer” per se, what’s more important is: you enjoy complex projects you are *extremely* detail oriented and organized you have post-production or project management experience you have a thorough understanding of how production works you have excellent communication skills you can handle multiple projects at different stages of completion Responsibilities Execute the creation, organization, and distribution of 3D assets Ensure that proposed 3D executions can be produced within client-specified timeframes and budgets Ability to coordinate and manage outsourced vendors and project teams for on-time, on-budget delivery Develop and track key production milestones Ensure that project details are accounted for and acted upon Work collaboratively with producers in other departments on shared productions Work with internal agency departments to gather information and/or reference to be made available to vendors at project start Review assets before delivery to ensure consistency and quality control Contribute to the overall quality of project deliverables Supervise purchase order tracking and payment approval Be a self-starter who works as well independently as they do as part of a team; able to foster and develop others' ideas as well as their own Be a team player and exhibit common sense and analytical reasoning skills Exhibit effective meeting facilitation skills Stay current on the latest developments and trends in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and incorporate emerging technologies and best practices into project planning and execution. Qualifications Prior production, post-production, or project management experience is required. Thorough understanding of production processes is required. Previous advertising or 3D experience is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Excel and Outlook - are required. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Frame.io, Keynote, and Powerpoint a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge or use of AI tools is a plus. Previous advertising or 3D experience is preferred but not essential. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
