We are looking for our next Culinary Director! This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in an environment where you'll be supported by a great team, as well as resident who will love the unique and wonderful menus you create! Our Culinary Directors:


Create a beautiful, delicious, and well balanced range of meals for our residents. Help hire and train new Team Members, building a passion for the culinary arts! Assist in the preparation of meals Periodically review the menu and food service with our residents to ensure satisfaction and brainstorm new menu ideas!


What you need to succeed!


High school diploma or the equivalent education, training and experience. Culinary degree preferred. Five years’ experience as executive chef, chef in hotel, restaurant, club, or other similar employment. Experience in menus for restricted diets. Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in all areas of local Health Department, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies. Able to meet budgets and control costs.


Physical Requirements for the role:


The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
