Fraud Risk Manager
Contract Fraud Risk Manager Location: Remote (Must work Hawai‘i Standard Time hours) Duration: 6 months TEKsystems is partnering with a respected local organization to hire a Contract Fraud Risk Manager to support their Business Services Division. This remote role is designed for an experienced fraud risk professional who will lead fraud risk efforts while mentoring and ramping up an internal analyst to eventually assume the Fraud Manager role. This is a strategic and transitional position, ideal for someone who enjoys building programs, sharing expertise, and developing talent. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the subject matter expert on fraud and risk management across Business Services. + Collaborate with front-office and back-office teams to enhance fraud controls, training, policies, and procedures. + Investigate fraud incidents involving digital and online platforms, ensuring timely resolution and preventive strategies. + Lead and mentor a small team including Fraud Specialists and a Compliance Officer. + Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen fraud prevention and compliance frameworks. + Support the development of a comprehensive fraud risk program and help prepare an internal analyst to step into the Fraud Manager role. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in risk management, criminal justice, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + Industry certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified AML & Fraud Professional (CAFP), or Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP). + Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in fraud risk management, compliance, or BSA/AML. + Strong mentoring and coaching skills. + Must be able to work full-time during Hawai‘i Standard Time business hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
