About This Opportunity InComm Health (IH) operates transactions through two main points of entry: Open-loop transactions via OLS Issuer The Over-the-Counter (OTC) network fully operated by InComm As a payment network operator, InComm must regularly monitor and review transactions to proactively detect anomalous activity and mitigate financial and reputational risks. The Transaction Monitoring Analyst will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating fraud trends before they escalate. Responsibilities Proactive Fraud Detection & Prevention · Monitor real-time transaction activity for anomalies across the OLS Issuer and OTC networks. · Identify fraud trends and emerging threats before they are exploited. · Investigate suspicious patterns, escalate risks, and recommend preventive measures. Incident Response & Risk Mitigation · Analyze fraud alerts and dashboard anomalies, ensuring swift action on potential threats. · Coordinate with internal teams to contain and remediate fraud incidents. · Provide detailed analysis and reports on high-risk transactions and suspicious activity. Operational Coverage & Efficiency · Expand fraud monitoring coverage to 12-14 hours per day, reducing reliance on after-hours emergency calls. · Align monitoring efforts across multiple time zones for enhanced fraud oversight. · Support business units by handling fraud-related trend analysis, relieving operational teams from fraud-related workload. Enhancing Customer & Partner Trust · Improve fraud visibility at the plan level, allowing for early intervention. · Strengthen IH’s value proposition to customers by demonstrating proactive fraud prevention capabilities. Qualifications · 2+ years of experience in fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, or risk analysis. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in fraud trend analysis. · Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection, and dashboard analysis. · Experience in financial services, healthcare payments, or transaction monitoring preferred. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk environment, making data-driven decisions.
