Job Title: Franchising Recruitment Manager

Location: London-based with hybrid working

We’re on the lookout for a strategic and relationship-focused Franchising Recruitment Manager to lead our franchisee recruitment across the UK & ROI - ensuring the seamless onboarding of new, values-led franchisees each year.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the attraction and onboarding of diverse franchisee candidates in alignment with our long-term franchising strategyLead and continuously improve the end-to-end candidate journeyGuide Franchisee Recruitment Consultants and external stakeholders, ensuring best practice and robust selection outcomesPartner with cross-functional teams to place new franchisees in their first restaurantsManage strategic relationships with vendors and agencies (Chantry, LHH, LinkedIn, OMD etc)Own and enhance our Registered Applicant Training and mentoring programmesChampion innovation and operational excellence through global tool testing and system rolloutsLead the pipeline development for Key Employees, Next Generation, Internals and Supplier candidatesOversee and attend all franchising exhibitions, open days, webinars etc

 

Qualifications

 

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in engaging, influencing and managing stakeholder relationships, across departments up to Directors, Executive Team and Global teams, and externally, with partners (franchisees, suppliers, official representatives, trade associations etc)Strategic leadership experience in high-stakes recruitmentAn ability to think and plan strategically whilst recognising the need to deliver business requirementsStrong time-management and the ability to develop working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the businessA track record of creative problem-solving and driving changeCommercial awareness with business acumen and a franchise-savvy mindsetExcellent communication skills and a knack for relationship buildingConfidence with core MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Initiative, adaptability and a drive to constantly improve
